At LegacyReady, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how our 30-day money-back guarantee works.

1. Our Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of LegacyReady. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

No questions asked. We simply want to ensure you're happy with your investment.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
• You purchased LegacyReady at the regular price (AU$99) or early bird price (AU$77)
• You provide the email address associated with your account

3. How to Request a Refund

While not required, we appreciate any feedback about why you're requesting a refund. This helps us improve our service for future customers.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request:

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day
• Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
• The refund will be returned to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. What Happens After a Refund

When you receive a refund:

• Your access to LegacyReady will be cancelled
• Any data you entered will be deleted from our systems (unless you request otherwise)
• You will receive a final copy of your organised information as a PDF (if requested within 48 hours of refund request)

If you would like to keep a copy of your data before we delete it, please let us know in your refund request email.

6. After 30 Days

Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee refunds outside the 30-day window, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a solution.

7. Payment Provider Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Refunds are issued through the same payment method you used for purchase. We do not refund to alternative payment methods or bank accounts.

8. Early Bird Reservations

If you reserved an early bird spot but have not yet made payment, you may cancel your reservation at any time with no penalty. Simply email us at hello@legacyready.com.au.

If you have already paid the early bird price, the standard 30-day refund policy applies from the date of payment.

9. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to additional remedies under consumer protection legislation.
